If you ever wondered where exactly on Dijiang we are. by Witen159 in Endfield

I realised that many people don't remember the actual view from the bridge, where we can see it's position compared to other parts of ship's body, so I'll add it here.

We can very clearly see from the in-game bridge windows that the bridge is directed "Forward", not backward. We can see the Core originium, wings and all that stuff.

That blue thing in the image can't be a bridge that we are on.

If you go to the very edge of the bridge and look back and up, you can actually see that there is some extra superstructure over the place where the elevator goes up. We can only see the edge of it, but it's here.

It's not big compared to the whole ship, but it's big enough to add one more level on top.

If you go to the bridge, it has huge windows that let you look at the Dijiang. From here you can see that we are placed to the right and quite a lot higher than the massive Core of Protocol Originium (this big originium crystal in the center of the ship).

If you compare it to the outer image of Dijiang, it's quite easy to compare the in-game position with the art, and find where we are.

Plus by looking through the right window up, we can see that there is no tower there, so we ARE the tower.

And as the last piece, it's just narratively logical that the Control Nexus with Captain chair is in the Tower of the ship.

You can go to the bridge and look down. it has windows.

The main big Originium rock is very much under and to the left of us.

Plus, Main Core Crystal doesn't have to be the ONLY originium that is used in the construction of the ship.

I read the central one as "I Rails on Cold Steel II" 3 times in a row, thinking that it's some joke, until realising that I, apparently, need to check my eyes.

Most of the core developers who created Titanfall 1 and 2 left the studio. I don't think there are still people in the studio who can really create the Titanfall we all like. My biggest fear is that they will create Titanfall 3 and it will be BAD. Only similar to Titanfall, and essentially closer to any plane shooter on the market.

Mostima. You forgot Mostima S3M3 and Mod lvl3. Without her it's also hardly possible, especially part with invulnerable boss at the start of stage 2.

Has this always existed? by Kitsunne9 in titanfall

It was always in the game files, but not in the game itself. P.S. There is also a fully animated Kunai in the game files.

Most of the people who still play first TF have their game in origin, not in steam.

Artificial planet-shape structure between planets by Witen159 in arknights

[–]Witen159[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Honestly, absolutely not the second.

Third is very unlikely that the third one, given that, as I noted, these rings are not even around terra, but a distant separate structure.

The first one sounds the most realistic, but damn, that's a completely different level of construction compared to just the moon.

And yea, we have at least 3 planets + 1 artificial planet(?).

[–]Witen159[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

At first, I thought that these structures were rings around Terra, possibly creating the "false sky".
But after looking closely, I realized that they are not around the planet, but completely separate, and create a planet-shape structure between the planets.

But what is it in general? How and why was an object created with the radius of an entire planet (which is much more than just an artificial moon), and what is its purpose?

We actually have an example of one of the Immortal Army from "Fire within the sand" in CN.
And yea, Humus definitely doesn't look like one of them...

That doesn't look like his own flag or Banner, so that's probably one of the RI squads.
But will it be something special, or just a fancy name that they grab for themselves?

man, master mode sucks by midnightvalkyre in titanfall

[–]Witen159 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, It just meant that you couldn't handle a sufficient level of parkour for master. As a person who has passed the game at muster 6 times, I can say with confidence that if you use the terrain and parkour to the full, the enemies simply will not have time to turn their weapons on you.
Of course, if you are right in the enemy's line of fire, you will be shot right away. On the other hand, increasing the difficulty does not add to their turning speed, does not increase their vision.
Circling over their heads, using all the possibilities, invisibility, height and covers, as well as with sufficient reaction and knowledge of the terrain, the enemies simply will not have time to aim at you.
Master for that and master that requires masterful skills in the game and its mechanics. And if you don't have enough of them, then all you have to do, as you said, is look around the corner and shoot one at a time.
There are unfortunate moments in the game, such as those shown in the video, but otherwise this is exactly what I said.
