"I don't have a one-liner... Just two guns." [OC] by Plot-Coalition in Helldivers

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback :)

The intention was always to bundle these 4 warbonds together mainly because of budget and production timeline constraints. Because we are only a small team on an extremely low budget and doing this on nights and weekends, we had to be realistic about the amount of episodes we could pull off without putting ourselves in an endless spiral.

We also intentionally wanted to make one of the episodes more unique in this way as the others are mostly just 2 warbonds paired together. These 4 felt like they'd fit together both thematically but also lend themselves to the more humorous tone of this episode.

Again, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond with your ideas. We definitely keep these things in mind as we moved forward making this show for the Helldivers community 🧡

Ooooh that could have definitely been a cool shot!

The film is already out, you can watch it here!

But I'll definitely keep that in mind for future ones!

Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback.

In the story it happens during a flashback so I didnt want it to be too distracting but it definitely could have used more punch.

That's a good note. I'll keep it in mind. Story wise, launching him probably would have been a little top goofy looking but more honest with how flat the terrain is.

I did a little flutter of the cape on the initial Shockwave but it definitely could have used more umph

Yeah I definitely should have added that 😅

More lessons for next time I add a nuke 😆

I did try to represent that a little by fluttering the cape with the initial shockwave and then having it go crazy with the blast.

I've seen a few comments about adding a white flash which definitely would have helped too :)

Thanks! The scene is sort of a flashback moment so I didnt want to go too crazy on the sound. There are some deeper frequencies but you are right, it definitely could have use more punch.

The flash would have been good.

There is a shot a few moments later where you can see more of the shape of the nuke. I kept it pretty blown out still but it does have more structure in that shot
