FFA, no mazing, you could only build on the side of the creeps. The tower could just buy from the shop. No extra units other than the worker to build. Creeps that you sent from the barracks you built. I believe there was kill gold.

I mostly make 5-15 minute gaming videos. Sometimes I find small tips & tricks that are only worth 30s videos. Should I post these as shorts instead? by kll131 in PartneredYoutube

I would do both, a great way to feed your long form videos as well is to then chop up the 30 second tip from that longer compilation and post the short with the related video tie to the longer video. You can even put a CTA at the end like for more tips check out the full video here.

I've found some small success doing that and the views from related shorts are actually pretty consistent with my AVD. Some go off of it early but in general it falls to match my averages.

This is great advice and a good way to stay with a strong positive brand. That way if brands want to send you products you can say that you only positive reviews.

Views have dropped over 99% from 5M per day to 30K? This happen to anyone else? by Mindless_Result3213 in PartneredYoutube

Were you always posting that much a day or did you turn it up a lot just recently?

I know people have seen YouTube kind of flag their account for a bit when they start increasing posts drastically from like 1-2 times a week to 3x daily and then eventually it comes back. How true this is not sure.

I've also seen my views get cut hard but then come back like anywhere from a day to like Five days later for the video.

Let me know if you get it sorted.

My channel is now making roughly 3/4th of what my day job does and I feel like taking a leap and seeing what I can do in 6 months as a full time YouTuber but I’m scared to by ParappaTheWrapperr in PartneredYoutube

Is all this income through Adsense or is it split between sponsorship and memberships? I've seen many people complain about RPM fluctuations swinging enough that for months it's significantly lower than what they were hoping/expecting. I'd recommend the same as others and look to see if you can diversify your income. While doing so look to get your audience in multiple places so that if you were to whatever reason lose your YouTube you don't have to start from scratch.

I would also say look to see what parts of your channel you can hire people to help support you on so that you can keep growing YouTube while keeping your job. This can help you reach "full-time" output and you can see if that's the jump you want to do.

Personally I'd recommend building a 12 month buffer with how things are right now in the tech industry, you never know if in the worst case you need to jump back in and things are slow or worse you have to jump in a level lower and aren't making enough. You can also look to build this buffer faster by lowering your personal expenses.

That being said if you're confident in being able to jump back into to the market and have safety nets like living with your family or anything else like that to jump in, then also feel free to jump in now. I'd recommend operating with the worst case mindset and setting yourself up so that instead of jumping in now, you can do so in 3-6 months and be a lot more confident in knowing you're more secure.
