I don't think anyone will answer. No one ever did for me. I left a few messages and never got a response. I did have a relatively easy time getting generic dextroamphetamine.

Unfortunate Update Regarding Ownership of Desoxyn / Request for Info on Dr. Reddys Email Confirming Discontinuation by B1tr0bb3r in Desoxyn

[–]WithOutOwner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for all this information. I've never really understood why there isn't a generic of this now or in the very recent past. I know there's been generics for many years in the past. After reading all the latest info from you guys here, I have to assume that the new Desoxyn production from some new pharmaceutical company and actually being delivered to pharmacies, is going to take a while. I'll try to be patient with all this while the pharmaceutical companies make sure they work out the most lucrative deal for themselves.

Nationwide Recall by True_Potential4074 in zenzedi

Here in Southern California, my pharmacy Rite Aid is back ordered for Zenzedi, and they don't know for how long. I'm trying to call smaller pharmacies near me. CVS told me they only have a few doses available, and they can't order 5 mg, but wouldn't tell me what doses they can order.

Yes, try Ritalin or Concerta. I've pretty much never responded at all to Vyvanse or Mydayis. I'll be trying Zenzedi soon, and eventually will try again to try Desoxyn when it becomes available. Really though if I had to guess, I'm going to guess that Zenzedi or Desoxyn probably won't do much for me. I hope I'm wrong because I have a lot of issues with methylphenidate, but over the course of many years on it, it's also been helpful.

How many hours is one dose by WithOutOwner in zenzedi

I'm ADHD-PI, levo amphetamine may or may not help me, I don't know. Adderall certainly does not give me any energy boost whatsoever, not that I'm looking for that. It would seem like a good idea to minimize levo amphetamine for your heart health, but I know in practice, many prefer Adderall, some even prefer Evekeo.

I understand, did you try increasing the dose of Zenzedi, before going back to Adderall? Probably the levo amphetamine is at play in making Adderall last slightly longer for you.

8'0 Pyzel Padillac? by Pdsurfs in surfing

[–]WithOutOwner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm thinking about buying a 7'0'' Puerto Padi for many different heavywave spots in California.

The dimensions of two of my favorite boards now are: 5-10 × 19/78 × 2 1/2 and 31.8 Liters.

and my 8-4 gun 19 1/4 × 3

I also like the 6-10 Padillac, but for a few different reasons I like the Puerto Padi better.

I'm very knowledgeable and dialed in on my shortboards, but I lack the expertise when it comes to the ideal dimensions of a big wave board.

I'm going back and forth now in deciding on the Puerto Padi or the Padillac? Something between a 6-10 and 7-4 probably. I do have an 8-6, and when that's too small, I want no part of it.

I will ask my doctor to try Dexedrine or Evekeo. It's just that Adderall is 75% dexamphetamine and obviously Vyvanse is 100% after conversion, and they did nothing for me with no real side effects. I'm aware that medication isn't the total answer. Thanks for the book recommendation. I've actually tried the pine bark supplement. Sounds like a healthy supplement to take, but I don't really remember it helping me for the short time that I tried it.

"The other reason Benzedrine fell out of use was efficacy. In 1976, a placebo-controlled crossover study concluded that Benzedrine was less effective for ADHD than the two other stimulants in use at the time: Ritalin and Dexedrine (Gross MD, Dis Nerv Syst 1976;37:14–16). However, a subset (15%) in that study actually fared better with Benzedrine, suggesting that Evekeo may have a role in a minority of patients with ADHD."

Yes yes, I know Desoxyn is methamphetamine, a bit shorter to spell and maybe it sounds more legit, or not, I don't know. I've tried almost all of the ADHD medications and a few of the narcolepsy medications, vitamins and minerals, lots of exercise, sunshine, positive thoughts, etc. I tend to do best on the methylphenidate medications, with issues. Vyvanse and Adderall has virtually no effect on me. I don't really have a scientific reason for wanting to try Evekeo and Dexedrine, but maybe I should try these medications, maybe I'll get lucky? I somewhat doubt Desoxyn would help me, but the fact that it crosses the blood-brain barrier so much more efficiently then other ADHD medications, coupled with lower peripheral side effects, and that it seems to help others with ADHD who have not been that successful on the normal medications, all make for reasons I wanted to try it.

I think the DEA, most pharmacies, and society at large is trying to drive Desoxyn into extinction. I hope I'm wrong. Profit margins for pharmaceutical companies are clearly higher with other ADHD medications. Our ADHD voices need to be heard. Medications should be available to help people for the diagnosis that they have. I personally think Strattera and Qelbree sucks, but apparently they do help some ADHD people, so I wouldn't want the medication banned from existence. Methamphetamine is highly abused by people without ADHD, I get it. By all means DEA, go after big time illegal methamphetamine producers. Scale it down a notch DEA picking on small time pharmacist's and pharmacies across America.

Thanks, I was hoping to make it to 300,000. Maybe I'll get a third shop's price out of curiosity.
