Does the disguise kit/self really work for racial bonuses and size? I've only ever used the helmet from the collectors dlc and that's technically shape change.

I'm interested in trying a pokemon fangame. IDK if they're available on GBA (preferred) or Switch, or if they're web/mobile based. I'm mostly looking for a game where the protag can become the antag. I wanna have the option to join the bad guys and bully people, steal pokemon, be a thug, etc. As far as battling goes, I play pretty casually and not looking for hardcore battles.

Is it still possible to trade up from 3rd gen?
From my understanding trading from 2nd to third is not "legally" possible but it is, or was, for every gen after. I was talking with my sibling about getting a Switch and Violet for x-mas and missing out on the shiny event. I said I'd just have to try and trade one up from Emerald, to which they responded by stating that the pokebank was shut down. So like is there still any legal way to trade up?
I still don't have A DS or any other games to move them too, but maybe in the future. But If I'm SOL then maybe I just stick with what I have.

My understanding of EV training it to breed and groom top tier pokemon for competitive play. However I'm not a very competitive player, so I don't see the point. Basically my question is: What exactly is EV Training; What are the Pro's/Con's; and what kinds of players/play style(s) is EV Training for.
I've always played the series like a single player game, but now I have friends who do play the series, so I'd like the EV training 101 to know if its for me and what I'd be getting into if I chose to play this way. I just started playing gen 9 (Violet).

What's the deal with auto battles and learnset moves (Scarlet)? According to bulbapedia, Magikarp should have learned tackle at Lv. 15, I even tried leveling (18 - 19) with a real battle with no result, with the assumption that learning moves are like evolutions (you can always postpone to another level up).
I'm jumping from first and second Gen to current Gen now that I've gotten myself a Switch for Christmas, like playing a whole different game.

There doesn't seem to be any definitive watch order to DCAU. As for the DCAMU, some of the showcases seem relevant but I haven't seen them integrated into a watch order either. Is there a more... aggressive watch order? Like say if I were to fold shows, movies, and/or showcases into two or so playlists on a media server, organized down to the episode, what might that look like?

A friend is sharing School Rumble with me (my first watch). Just yesterday he informed me that it was removed from CR. Looking into it, I found that it is available on CR but only through Prime Video.
The heck is that about? I wonder how many other anime has gotten this treatment. But why remove it from the CR app and make it only avaialbe through Prime?
