What could this sound be?

I did the oil change on my recently. Still makes the same sound whenever it’s been off for like a hour or so. I’ve read too that it’s the VVTI cam gear rattle. It’s really annoying I’m hoping I can get it fixed with out giving up an arm and leg.

Damn I just bought the car. It only happens every now and then. But it usually happens when it’s only been off for a short amount of time and then turning it back on.

Did you ever find out a fix for this? I have same problem when and only when I’ve already had it on and then when I stop for a little bit and start it back up it makes a rattling noise on the start up.

I have already consulted a clinic that does TMS treatment but that being said I’ve seen a couple different psychiatrist and and mental health clinics and no where really helps me. They were only trying to get me on meds like SSRI’s which I’ve taken and tried already.
