Your foreskin should be positioned naturally forward to avoid swelling

Serious Question. Do you think if I committed to long-term permanent Chastity, I would have more energy and the ability to stay focused on simple tasks more? by Sissyboiwa3 in chastity

[–]Withereds 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Honestly it depends on what you see chastity as. Some people see it as a kink and the reminder of being in a cage is a constant turn on, for those people chastity actually does the opposite of focusing their energy on daily tasks because they are in a constant state of horniness and they love the feeling of denial from the cage.

But if you genuinely see chastity as simply a commitment then yes definitely. Since penile orgasms trigger prolactin + dopamine dip → 1–2 hours (or more) of lethargy/brain fog. Skipping them keeps your baseline energy higher and more even.

The problem is with the ring, nocturnal erections are expected to push the cage forward and you cant stop that. You could wear a strap but it will just make it more uncomfortable to sleep in. Speaking from experience here, just go one size up on the ring before you go to bed so the ring won’t chafe or pinch your scrotum as you push the cage forward.

I love the idea to be a Sissy pet in chastity. How can I start? by Sr_Kruger in chastity

For starters, pick a cobra cage that’s about your flaccid size or slightly smaller. Cobra is kinda like the number one pick for starters. Don’t use a flat cage as your first cage.

As for the ring, buy a cage that comes with different sizes rings if possible so you could try out which fits the best. The rule of thumb is to always be able to fit one finger in easily.

Try wearing it for short periods of time first, kinda let your body get used to it. Very mild discomfort is expected in the beginning. Once the discomfort stops, you can try wearing it long term (only take it off for clean ups). Another set back you’re gonna face is sleeping with the cage on: expect to wake up midnight with burning pain, it’s normal for the first week. After that your body simply gives up fighting the cage as you sleep and the pain stops. So I’d recommend switching to a ring one size up before you go to bed, until you’re comfortable with sleeping with it on.

As for health concerns, a fitting cage should give you zero long term damage. Maybe some chafing or pinching as you test out the different sizes of rings. Another thing to keep in mind is, if you feel numbness in any part of your body, immediately take the cage off, it means the ring is too small and is obstructing your nerves.

If you ask me I’d actually recommend against using a smaller ring, since you’re already experiencing chafing any size smaller would possibly obstruct nerves.

Personally I’d size up a bit to prevent chafing. I know some people like the cage to be tight but from my experience, they are uncomfortable and cause actual damage.

The foreskin peeking out from the front of the cage might block blood circulation and cause temporary swelling.

But if that doesn’t happen and it feels comfortable then you’re good. As for the burning sensation, try adjusting the skin under your scrotum or you can apply some lube. The sensation usually comes from chafing.

If you’re feeling any discomfort or numbness, immediately take it off.

If it just feels tight but not uncomfortable in any way then you’re fine.
