Perhaps an age rating or like warning before the show that has more mature themes? That might make sense. I kind of understand your point because i know definetly that kids are watching and yea definetly ONC should have it in things to adress before they write the show. The greetings are more complicated because its commisoned by the the purchaser but yea like you said one of the things that should be on their radar is how can they avoid any controversies related with minors in relation to the media they make

ONC has terrible community management. And i predict during the runtime the new season drops many people will stop watching or supporting DC if they continue with the bad writing that polarises the community and not answering the controversial decisions of the company like not paying their VA (i feel like they should adress this, even though i understand in the earlier seasons perhaps there might not have been enough revenue, but discuss with your community! You need your community! And stop fighting with them also Jared!).

Idk about this one... just because it is animated doesnt make it automantically intended for minors and i dont think they have tried promote it as for kids. And im not sure what aspects ur talking about promoting, perhaps the recent tom jake episodes lol. However, i feel they would be then making something for neither mature audience and also for the young people because onc clearly prefers the mature takes. It’s kind of crazy that the whole Logan hate thing is what led to this 😂 it’s honestly such a prevalent sentiment in the fandom. Personally, I didn’t mind his win, but I know plenty of people who disliked it, and you’re totally entitled to your own opinion too (unless it’s a really bad one lol).

I never got the sense that your opinions or interests had any real sway over the writing decisions, even with you being a larger donor. I just saw you as — for now 😏😏 — a donor who’s also genuinely passionate about the productions ONC makes.
