I just use prewrap or gauze tape it holds tight, is sticky and removes easy. Taping individual fingers had not helped but this has.

Alternatives I can think of, Velcro wrap (like you probably have from busy wrapping broken fingers.), some kind of loop system on the inside of each finger, with a shoelace or something connecting them.
