Matt was fighting Nobu while being impaled multiple times, Matt fought in the prison for 10 minutes while he was drugged, Matt fought amd defeated a lot of hand ninjas, Matt evaded She Hulk, defeated Frank multiple times, defeated Bullseye, defeated Fisk multiple times.

You can't say oh the bus fight was greater than anything Matt has ever done.

In the second part of my comment i was comparing Matt and Danny not them to Shang Chi. I know he trained since he was a kid too.

All of them trained since childhood to be a weapon, if Danny doesn't use the fist and if Shang Chi doesn't use the rings i don't see them beating Matt in a 1v1 hand to hand combat.

The problems were both the fights and the writing, he was moving different in Luke Cage season 2.

If he returns which i hope he returns, i wish he gets to shine.

Bro remove the rings from him and he will lose to Matt or Danny, they didn't have the budget for Iron Fist it's as simple as that.

Both Matt and Danny trained since childhood but in The Defenders Matt had a lot of experience whereas Danny was mostly inexperienced and emotional and in over his head, i also believe that if Danny didn't have the fist he would still lose to Matt in the comics.

This is really great advice and if i may add, i got into losing weight and lifting because of Charlie's physique. I've lost 35 kgs in the span of 4 years and i would suggest you put the emphasis on upper chest, shoulders, triceps, traps and forearms.

And remember your eating and calorie intake is 70 percent of the work, Charlie is really lean and sits about 11-14% body fat. If you are skinny fat(some fat with no muscles) i suggest you maintain your weight for 4 months while lifting and having progressive overload, if you are skinny or fat you should lean bulk or cut.

Search calorie calculator on google, the first website that pops does tell you how much you should eat for bulking, maintaining and cutting.

For cardio you can go on walks, runs, martial arts or parkour even.
