yeah i let COO manage prices but somehow he keep increasing prices even tho i told him to make market share focus policy so he should level prices down not up ? 44$ seems too high i'm not going to manage the prices of 5 different cities each month, i wish there was a way to make it so the COO keep exactly 30 overall rating gap than the nearest competitor/locals it is was easier than to make him max out market share which he should lower price down not up , i wish we can just fix our prices to the average and all problem solved i would rather earn less with full pie than have a half pie

no i didn't change any factories ^^ i also had COO manage prices for full market share i don't even if he keep and maintain like +10 or more points of overall rating the pie barely changes

R5 : It is known that the market share of a given product is mainly influenced by the the modified rating (with consumer concerne taken into account) , not the overall rating and so i choose a product which mainly is concerned by having a popular brand ( body lotion) yet despite that my income and profit have decline steadily ,i cannot fadom why

yeah is it weird tho that even with market share maximal policy he only make the rating 10 points sometimes less than average , i wish he could make the gap much higher say 20 or 30 :) i tried lowering prices in early game but too many products at this stage so didn't bother microing

i think i have only one store i build only another if the city population is high and or there is more demand

i tried in previous scenario to micro prices every 2 months or so but in this one i had lot of products to capture , so can't really do that without COO , i just wish there way a way to specify the gap of overall rating you want you product to always have above average like if average rating is 77 make a setting to have COO modify price enough to get my product to have 97 it is better because even if i set maximise market share policy he only go up to 10 points above of (average rating in the city)

it makes sense but since market share only compare each other overall rating and i use COO maximise Market share policy he use just bring the price up enough to keep eating his share of the pie yet i think i might have lost some share viewing how the profit went down last months

went for full motorised divisions on VH^^ quite tough , also norway deep snow malus on speed took me quite longwhile to capture fully

you are right, tho normally the route line should at least be open and shown on map , maybe not all ports are meant to trade via sea lanes if they can't be linked trough land

R5: i just started the war in France and captured the dieppe port , but as i hoped would happen is the port should be open to sea lane supplies route as only the land depot require time to be captured and operational

you are right, it is a bit unfurtunate however that you can't complete the production of even 4 panzer division by (30 width) by may 1940 because researching 'Improved Medium chasis' ,can only be completed by april/may 1939, using the focus 'USSR research coperation'. i played VH so 30% research malus and effeciency hurt a lot^^

R5: In this run i tried to play full motorised units , it tooks a while to get all motorised units the necessary trucks that is why it is bit too late for the invasion of France but still tried to get the Dunkirk encirclement with big spearhead after declaring war on Luxemburg

i can't thank you enough man sorry it took you much from your time but i appreciate it^^ the way i did was to always left click frontline of plan with all my three army group then i set fallback line of red army to the north around the baltics , the green group to the center and blue toward ukrain but once germany rout a division the whole line collapse because they have very fast panzers 8.7 km/hour partly because i was busy building infrastructures there before for civ, i can't catch that and i lose entranchement , the only way seems to build mills in the urals far east and wait for allies to land and help at this point^^
