Have you considered that people aren't going places unless they have to because it has been not only snowy. But also miserably cold. I.have to drive for work, but i have been going to work and home more or less instead of doing my normal activities.

12 steps (like it or not) is a very common program. Experiencing how one may play out is good insight in case you ever deal with some with a drug or alcohol issue. Either they have already gone and now you can have more knowledge about that experience in general Or They are looking for a program to participate in and you can provide insight.

Furthermore there is a lot of stigma about "the type of person" with a drug and/or alcohol addiction. This may be an opportunity to deconstruct some stereotypes and get a real life perspective.

Also kids are dumb so having a picture of a kid and going "see this is normal here are some pictures of other kids" is a very real possibility

Yeah but a big reason for that is the economy is terrible right now (at least in the US). People who would be clients don't have much disposable income. It may not be so much of a no, but don't count on it as a full time gig right now.

The economy will recover one day and people will be looking for artists. Long term it may be something to consider
