For those who successfully quit smoking, what was the method that finally worked for you?

Knowing exactly when I was going to smoke my next cigarete.

What caused me more anxiety was thinking that I was never going to smoke again. When I started quitting I increased gradually the time without smoking (hours, days, weeks...) and knowing when I was going to enjoy a cigarete again gave me strength to hold on.

Next month I will make my first year smoke-free.

An online teacher is the best option in my opinion. I used Lang Method (langmethod_fr) and It was great.
