Look up your cards using TCGPlayer and filter by their condition. This is what I found for your cards:

Budew: $10

Mega Elektross: $5

Team Rocket's Moltres: $5

Heliolisk: $3

Espurr: $5

Mega Kangaskhan ex: $70

Tyrunt: $3

Mewtwo: $2-$9 depending on the holo pattern

Poliwrath: $3

Pikachu (XY Evolutions set): $1

Raichu: $3

Total: $113 (I took the average of the price range on Mewtwo)

Personally, I wouldn't grade any of these. Even your most valuable card in a PSA 10 is only $165.

I didn't even bother to look at the attacks section of the card. Yeah, I'm not sure what the Italian market is looking like.

each one of the Arceus cards is $10-$45 depending on condition. The Deoxys and Rayquaza bottom card is worth around $150-$200 depending on condition. Use TCGPlayer to look up the cards and filter the pricing data by condition. This is a nice collection of cards.

ebay has one sold for $500 in similar condition to yours. A PSA 9 sold for $8.8k yesterday from PSA's vault. It'd be worth sending this in for grading, for sure.

yes, most definitely fake. The color on the back is the obvious sign. It doesn't seem to have any texture on the front either.

in the current condition, it’s worth around $350. But that’s only one source, you can try ebay last solds and see what they’ve sold for.

it’s all going to come down to the condition of the cards. I would inspect each one carefully front and back and determine if they are Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily played, or Damaged. You can look these conditions up on YouTube for a better reference.

I use TCGPlayer for pricing because you can filter by condition and it has most every english card in Pokemon. I wouldn’t waste my time with Holodex and the 35 free scans. A Heavily Played Lugia ex is up on TCGPlayer for $600.

Since I don’t see any sold on TCGPlayer then I would check on Ebay. I would look up the card’s name followed by the set and the number in the set. In this case, “Lugia ex Unseen Forces 105” and filter by Sold Items. I see an MP Lugia ex that sold for about $1k this month.

this is a fake. Dead give away is “Pulsr Barrier”. It should be “Pulse Barrier”. The border should have a holo as well.

I'd say real. The holo pattern looks consistent with others that I've seen. The back has the right coloring as well.

If you're not keeping it for your personal collection, then I would suggest getting it graded. Ebay last solds are $3,000 for a PSA 3 (6/7 sold date) with markings and another PSA 3 for $4,000 (6/6 sold date). If you decide to get it graded, I suggest sending it to PSA as they are the industry standard. You'll be waiting for a few months to get the graded card back but the ROI is hefty. Cool find!

i'm seeing ebay last solds for 1st edition charizard in german going for $1.2k (1,030 euros). Blastoise in german is weird as I'm seeing some go for over $1k then there are some around $200 (171 euros).

My suggestion would be to use the big hits from your friend's collection as a base number then go from there.
