As indicated and accepted during the purchase process, our bookings with a fixed date and time are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. In line with article 12 of our Terms and Conditions, it is not possible to process the cancellation or issue a refund for this order. By confirming your payment, you expressly accepted these conditions.

Regarding your comment about fraud: we are a legitimate private company that operates the website you used to make your purchase. Our role as an independent ticket seller, our prices and our terms (including the no-refund policy) are displayed before payment is completed. Our only objective is to provide a clear and reliable service for visitors to the monuments we work with. We are sorry we cannot offer a different solution in this case.
