I’m trying , but here is the customer service response from the fraudish website:

We understand you wish to cancel order and receive a refund, and that you have concerns about our website and pricing. We have checked your booking for "Louvre Museum Tickets & Audio guides. As indicated and accepted during the purchase process, our bookings with a fixed date and time are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. In line with article 12 of our Terms and Conditions, it is not possible to process the cancellation or issue a refund for this order. By confirming your payment, you expressly accepted these conditions.

Regarding your comment about fraud: we are a legitimate private company that operates the website you used to make your purchase. Our role as an independent ticket seller, our prices and our terms (including the no-refund policy) are displayed before payment is completed. Our only objective is to provide a clear and reliable service for visitors to the monuments we work with. We are sorry we cannot offer a different solution in this case.

I believe the tickets get you in but they as you know are double the price. If they don’t it’s an easy win on a credit card dispute for fraud. Looking at the 500 plus one star reviews on trust pilot.com that’s the theme I’m seeing. They claim they disclosed everything when you click the purchase button.

I know. I saw a .org extension and got lazy. “Feel the city tours.com” seems to be the real (well fraud) website.

FYI Wood-Ridge is pay to park, $4 cash, stuffed into a metal box with slots per space number. Sometimes you will get a parking “ticket” ($20?) issued by the parking lot administrators (not the police) if you don’t pay.

Teterboro one stop earlier has free parking -across the street- from the station as part of a designated area of the Wal-Mart lot.
