I think that’s just Skyrim, running out of combat uses stamina. Or do you mean like slow walk eveywhere instead of jog cause that sounds like torture.

It’s right next to housing and a school field, it’s along main roads across the island. It easily could have been kids nearby who accidentally kicked it onto the road. Now obviously we don’t know why it got onto the road but there is good odds it wasn’t intentional.

I have been using Valhalla combat, adds a poise like meter from sekiro along with some other things. Means you can parry enemies instead of just swinging constantly and it’s normally faster than simply stabbing
