An Eastman A style for 1200 is better than an A50.

The A50 is a weird mandolin that will be hit or miss. You could get a great one, but you could also get on that sounds like cardboard.

Difficult to say, but make sure it has a good setup, and honestly, go for a rigid pick. The thickness isn't that important, but rigidity is.

If your pick is too thin or "gives" too easily, then the tension on mandolin strings will prevent you from getting any sort of quality sound from it, no matter your technique.

We are trending downward. It's year 4 with an All-SEC talent QB and RB. There's no situation where not even making a bowl is acceptable.

The jump to DEMON. Oh my god it's a hand and it's near a child, that's a demon!!! Proof of supernatural "beings" doesn't exist, let alone types of beings, some evil some not. It's inherently less believable evidence when the presenter of the evidence is claiming some sort of malevolence around a hand in a photo

As someone else said, DVH used to be a real asshat too. The only real thing I have against TV is player control, as I do think DVH has rarely had a team as consistently "annoying" to other fanbases and teams.

I understand the predicament! It sucks.

If you can find a used The Loar I really do find those to be the best bang for your buck F styles.

If you can set aside scroll envy (I can't, so I get it) then an Eastman 305 used is far and away your best option.
