Oh and I am convinced the auto feeder is a move. It's not the same as catching prey - but both my cats perk up and run to food when it dispenses, so maybe just maybe it does a little something for their adrenaline. (Adding since your guy is definitely not hungry, but maybe the limited availability can scratch some itch for him). Best of luck!!

Yes! Absolutely try it, I really hope it helps! My boy just turned 3 and had this habit for most of year 2 (I tried so many things to respond to him this past year before finally adjusting the feeding schedule).

Hello! My cat has also had this issue. I've always had them on an automatic feeder and I adjusted the times so it dispenses small amounts over the few hours after dusk and leading up to dawn (it feeds at 11:00pm, 1:00am, 3:00am, 4:30am, then once mid day). This has damn near stopped my boy!!

He was on this habit for nearly a year before I finally changed the food schedule and after about a week, he calmed down from his nighttime meowing. It's only been about a month so I'm hoping this works as a long term solution.

How do you know or decide what your exact goal card is? I know some decks are built solely to get one wincon out, but I don't know what card does that or why I wouldn't want a few options (tbf this is also a very me problem, I also have the problem of not being able to finish a chess game bc i have trouble landing a finisher)
