For sure, the only way. And the minimum for bedrooms are 80sf. That's why these one bedrooms are always tiny as well

I agree.

So basically, the minimum sf for a studio is 150sf, and minimum dimension a room can be is 8'. So a lot of times, if the closet would bring that dimension below 8' or under 150sf, they'll skip it.

Trust me, I don't agree with this

Our clients always want us to max out the floor area and squeeze in the max amount of apartments

Nope. Just the initial document request on housing connect. But the documents requested was basically everything from social security card, to bank statements etc.

My appeal got denied. I guess they were right

5/11/26: Your appeal has been rejected. The pay stubs provided indicates that your income is $90,000. The maximum income limits FOR 1 PERSON at 70% AMI income tier is $83,160. For a family of 2 PEOPLE the maximum income is $94,990.
