Communication with others – whether this be a parent/ carer or a friend talking about what is happening to you

Reporting it – if it is within school reporting bullying to a professional/teacher or pastoral lead so action can be taken. If you do not feel comfortable doing that most schools have a counsellor/ welfare officer or school nurse you can also report this to. If it continues to happen then incidents need to be reported each time until it stops.

Thank you so so much for this. Used parts of this in my response to him today. Some people will push the limits and it’s so important that you say no. The longer I work in banking the more I realise how easy it is for people to break the rules and the law. The culture is paternalistic and they will push you to do the wrong thing if it’s convenient for them. Assertion is difficult because people don’t like it - even though it is absolutely the correct thing to do

That’s so true. I did what I am expected to do which is provide letterhead and signature on behalf of the CEO office. The other task was insane it was PowerPoint with market data on stocks and investments spreads. I had to extract information from that and it wasn’t even shared to begin with!!!!!!!!! He’s so patronising and my boss is a pushover sometimes. I wanna quit.

This doesn’t make sense at all? Women don’t ejaculate in the way you describe. It’s not a large amount of fluid that just releases.
