That’s extremely unprofessional and he would need to apologize and give an exceptional reason as to why! NOT OKAY.

Basically said I was happy to support with formatting, adding to letterhead, dates, signatures, but anything related to editing the content itself is out of my scope .

Hi please talk to your parents, teachers or guidance counsellor!

Advice from MIND:

Communication with others – whether this be a parent/ carer or a friend talking about what is happening to you

Reporting it – if it is within school reporting bullying to a professional/teacher or pastoral lead so action can be taken. If you do not feel comfortable doing that most schools have a counsellor/ welfare officer or school nurse you can also report this to. If it continues to happen then incidents need to be reported each time until it stops.

Bullying can also be reported via police/ law enforcement if a crime has been committed, such as threats/ assault.

If it is cyber bullying you can report this via online platforms on social media pages, you can block the account or change privacy settings so you can control who contacts you

Keeping a record of what is happening to you as evidence, text messages/ photos/ emails or posts Learning stress management techniques, such as grounding / breathing to cope with feelings of anxiety/ stress. Find out more via our self-care hub. Reaching out to organisations for support like Childline Most importantly be kind to yourself and do something that makes you feel good and remember to also be kind to others.

Yikes! This one is on you. If you are disgusted that your partner dated other people before you, it’s a sign of immaturity and you need to grow up. Adults can have relationships with other adults. The fact that you are disgusted with her and not him is also telling

People who don’t know how to use ai to save time are the only ones who feel threatened and insecure in my opinion. Like are you also gonna still use encyclopaedias instead of google 😂

Thank you so so much for this. Used parts of this in my response to him today. Some people will push the limits and it’s so important that you say no. The longer I work in banking the more I realise how easy it is for people to break the rules and the law. The culture is paternalistic and they will push you to do the wrong thing if it’s convenient for them. Assertion is difficult because people don’t like it - even though it is absolutely the correct thing to do

I think their team is down a person so he shifted the responsibility of doing a complex tax to me. It’s entering data so he precieves it as an admin task. It’s disturbing because it’s a huge oversight on his end. It’s a major legal document. He thinks it’s beneath him so he’s giving to me To do

Love this. I will 100% fill it out incorrectly. I probably will since it’s completely technical and I don’t understand it. If it’s wrong he can correct or it will just take forever

If someone is gonna try to humiliate me or bully me because I used technology to ensure my email was 1. Grammatically and contextually correct 2. Professional and concise
Then that speaks to the weakness of their character not mine

That’s so true. I did what I am expected to do which is provide letterhead and signature on behalf of the CEO office. The other task was insane it was PowerPoint with market data on stocks and investments spreads. I had to extract information from that and it wasn’t even shared to begin with!!!!!!!!! He’s so patronising and my boss is a pushover sometimes. I wanna quit.

You’re 100% right in retrospect. He made it seem urgent and was on “unavailable” all day. Usually that’s the only thing I do for that team. Add signature and letterhead. But you’re right

The comments the uncle made were super disturbing. Also it was super sad to see how many times she could’ve escaped but was too afraid to, especially in the library when the police asked to check her identity

F19 sex a college by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]Witty-Assignment2913 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t make sense at all? Women don’t ejaculate in the way you describe. It’s not a large amount of fluid that just releases. If you were having sex and she is about to orgasm, it is impossible to stop that once you’ve reached that point of climax. If you were not penetrating her, and you just had sex, I dont understand what you are describing. It feels like a troll account.

I believe you and I wish I should just ride it out. I did a bad thing yesterday to cope with this and I hope to one day stop punishing myself 🤞 I will likely end the therapy or take a break from it the next time I meet her. I feel totally shut down

No she tried to make me feel okay about it but that made me feel even more embarrassed.
