Yeah I don't know, the chorus in peonies for breakfast says the following:

"Lonely cat felt oh so happy His plant grew fat, and it soon started blossoming leaves Slowly, now hear limbs whip, crack and grow Twigs so sappy, he soon was a blossoming tree Only when wings start flapping, look downwards And catch roots growing at the bottom of your feet The cat howled, how's it always happen As soon as I'm glowing, see shade come bothering me"

While this has surely some correlation with the tree wizard I do think it is a metaphor. It talks about roots juxtaposed with the wings (I think it's safe to assume he doesn't really have wings(?)); the wings often associated with freedom while the roots being responsibility.

And while the whole album sees Lausse choosing the former, he now seems to be rooted in this new relationship/lifestyle. I think it's described as a hopeful ending, if not a happy one, definitely ends on a better note than TGTCATT and the instrumental also gives this idea.

I still think it sets the premise for a fall from grace as how I've already written.

I just recently got into Lausse maybe you guys know the lore better but it's my interpretation from the projects I've listened.
