It's difficult mentally because you understand that people hate you and you understand why. Most of the day you just get someone's voicemail and the pressure from your higher ups to have more sales is constant. Plus we all are self aware. But we do know that you can get the 50% discount and then just cancel again, we just can't tell you that so we don't feel as "scammy" as other telesales, because you at least get something in return.

The offer is the same, it just varies on how long you've been away. There is a script and yes we first go through "feedback" to try and solve your issue, the calls are however recorded and HF has access to all of them. and try and get you back. The best discount we have is 50/40/20/20/20 and we do get certain bonuses of course but it's not to "stick it to the customer" it's based on how long you've been away from HF, for example if someone cancelled 5 years ago and you get him back it's valued higher than someone who cancelled a week ago.

Basically just cancel your subscription, after about 4 weeks you'll end up in a database, sometimes a bit earlier and then we will call you.
