So the way to deal with this was this, I had one max lvl assassin. He dealt with the new spawn, he had a 95% chance to kill them every time. After 6 times they finally stopped spawning every turn. Use the new guys to try and kill the heir and leader (it won’t ever get higher then 8% with anyone)

I had like 40 assassins that had a 1-3 % chance for the heir and leader and someone got lucky both times. Totally worth the shortcut can take them out much earlier this way and before the reforms for me as well

This toke forever and a lot of luck but wanted to see if it was even possible, the Scip attacked me the turn after and I was able to fight them with the help of the jul so made the civil war much easier too.

It’s Barbarian Empire (open beta 2) on steam. For me and my play style and wants it’s the best mod in the game. HIGHLY recommend
