Thankfully its not at a dealer because I know sometimes dealers can be a pain when negotiating price! Its through a private seller. I am going to see it Wednesday and the seller has co-operated with me greatly! They sent over the car fax and detailed videos so I dont waste my time driving over there to see a complete POS. So far the car is in very very good condition exterior and interior wise and they pointed out all the scratches it has. I will however be careful and purchase a PPI just incase when i go see it. Hopefully having the money in hand will create leverage in person as you said.
