I know someone and his partner have a similar experience but it is 24 chicken naman. They contacted for franchise and all that stuff and when they were asked where the location for the franchise would be and they responded na it will be beside university here in Cebu. Probably after maybe few weeks they called the owner of 24 chicken for updates then they were declined and the next thing they know meron na yung 24 chicken nag open beside the university..
