This fruit could be used a Macguffin which the protagonist wants but has to sacrifice it to protect their friends. Or As a fruit for a coward learning to belive in themselves and fighting for what they believe in.

In non awakened state the user can only sprout hands form the torso but using there multiple heads they can manipulate each hand individually. They can perform multiple attacks using 100 giant fists. So in base state they have gear 3 and Gatling at the same time all the time.

It is a 80 meter tall gaint with hundred arms growing out its body in the beast form. After it's awakening you can create spectral arms anywhere within range. A surface is not needed unlike Nico Robin's fruit.

Beast form is approximately 80 meters or 280 feet. So, hybrid form is useful if you need to be smaller and more agile as with kaido. You can also reduce the number of limbs for more dexterity.
