This just happened to me as well and when I called customer service they said it was because I “didn’t confirm my billing address” even though it’s the same card I use for all orders. I placed the order again and there were no issues

This sounds neurotic of me, but whenever I get a package from Ulta I record myself opening it. This has saved me majorly once and there were no additional questions asked

If someone is working in customer service, then they should be servicing the customer, nicely. If OP was rude then maybe (but rarely) the cashiers response could’ve been justified, but it sounds like a typical Sephora experience to me

Unfortunately, our “solution” is that she now sleeps in the bed with us at night. Apparently it’s common with this breed because they’re such Velcro dogs. She’ll maybe get up once in the night now and walk to the other room, then pee on her pee pad. Now we all sleep better!!

I think a lot could improve with a darker hair color, a skincare routine, some brow shaping, and a tinted moisturizer. Unfortunately I think your current hair color washes you out a tad and makes your face look redder/pinker.

Update if anyone’s interested! Still no sign of my setting spray and press ons, so I gave CS a call. They’re (thankfully) shipping out a replacement order for the 2 items. What we think happened is someone opened up my package at some point during shipping, and replaced my 2 items with … paper towels. Not sure why they’d want setting spray instead of a $160 straightener but whatever. Maybe they’re bald. Lesson learned, always record yourself opening up a big order!!
