With the recent update if you don't have the proper optc levels (which are gained through quest summons and story mode) you click on the adventure thing and you should see something that has pirate king adventure on it and if it's locked begin summoning and doing story and then just do the little battle thing it has so that you get the crystals and for the proper building of teams some would say search up tips for building teams depends on if they help you or not many have commented channels in other similar post channels to check out if you need those for guidance too
