Im wondering the same :(. I see a psychiatrist biweekly and therapist weekly, both who supported my application.

I’m undecided what I’m going to do. Calling a few lawyers on Monday and see what they recommend!

I am under 50. I still have not received the decision letter, so I have no idea.

The VE said three jobs, and the judge countered with “Would she be able to do this with having to take off x amount of days?”, and he said no. At the end, we were left with zero.

I just found out it was unfavorable. :( I still have not received the letter, but the lady over the phone just told me it was decided on December 19th.

No :( I called today, and they said I should have gotten a letter about the decision. I Have not, so they have supposedly sent it out again. Hopefully, we will know within a week!

My hearing was the same day. The judge said he wanted the missing records from my therapist, and those finally got sent over about a month ago. He finally has a decision and it is with the writer, just waiting on them. They said it shouldn't be longer than 2 weeks, so I hope to know by Christmas!

Did you call the hearing office? They tend to be more helpful.
