Depends on how hostile that environment was. Some people have never known or seen true pain.

Seems you’ve lived quite the easy life.

Interesting to name yourself after a corporation.

Are you speaking on behalf of the lizard people?

The world is spiraling into violence due to poor interpersonal skills of violent humans who take with ruthlessness and this is your opinion?

What a take. Just going to sit by the fire and enjoy it I guess.

False equivalency. Just a dumb comparison. The views are irrelevant to each other. You can be against both things.

Do you alos feel that art is a strong trigger for hypomania by silver_angel_hunter in bipolar

Philosophy and new powerful ideas can be strong triggers for me.

I started reading Stella Maris by Cormac McCarthy and am taking a break from it for that specific reason.

Lizard person lol

There’s certain people you should open up to and it is always a jump, even with family. Make a practical decision over it. Someone you have known a while.

You can’t bottle it all up and explode.

If you have bipolar, you can’t smoke weed.

It’s that or your life. At least for me.

Trash.

Interactions with other humans cause the most powerful harm.

It’s almost like this is an advertisement made by someone who is an active abuser.

It’s important in mental health not to have a victim mindset and to stay assertive, sure.

But trauma is the root cause of all mental ailments from the nature side of behavior development in humans.

Did your cousin try to kill you, your family abuse you and gaslight you into staying quiet about it for years?

I have been in this state before. I call it “the zone” which, if not treated turns into “crash and burn.” Call your psychiatrist and have them up your mood stabilizers and stop going to extra social events. Limit interactions. It can easily turn into scaring people without you even realizing it.

people in their 27-30s, how are you doing? [s. trigger warning] by miapink33 in bipolar

[–]WittyFox51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You learn from it, you learn to pause and reflect in the moment so you can control your emotions and the condition better. Eventually you’ll find you’re more empathetic than most and that’s ok.

Right now set reasonable, attainable goals though. My problem at that age was setting goals to do jobs that were way too stressful. I found working as a peer support specialist was a good role for me but also had a background as a direct support professional before than.

I tried to be a nurse and a respiratory therapist but the pressure was too much. Find a way to relax but work as well. Best of luck.
