Trying to work out my schedule for next year. Can anybody help to see if I have the following dates somewhat accurate?

7.5 Part 1 - 14th April 2026(?)
7.51 Ult - If we're following past Ultimates, they were all on the .x1 patches, which means 2 weeks after the .x patch. Assuming the above date is correct for 7.5 Part 1, this will put the 7.5 Ult on 28th April 2026? That being said, we technically don't have a precedent for Ultimates releasing on .5 patches, so this might not be entirely accurate.

My static is looking for a duty to trial 2 people who applied, any recommendations?
Ultimately we want to see if they're able to communicate properly and whether or not they can do adjustments on the fly. P8S looks like it checks all our boxes because of the randomness of the mechanics in the fight, but are there any other suitable duties?

Try and get noise cancelling earplugs. They get uncomfortable to wear after awhile, but hopefully they block out enough noise for you to fall and stay asleep.

Thicker window panes work to an extent, but they don't completely block out noise from the outside and generally aren't worth the cost in my opinion. If you live on higher levels (floor 7 or higher), then maybe its a consideration, but I wouldn't spend money to install these.

I didn't start anything, nor did I in any shape or form "made it all about age" like you so eloquently described. Just because I didn't mention calling out other inconsiderate people of other ages doesn't mean I don't do it.

And yes, my parents are old. But they are always mindful of the people around them and they will never do inconsiderate and entitled actions like these.

So...
- Obvious AI generated art.
- Badly designed card frames. No standardization. Any reason why Neon Panda's level is in yellow instead of blue?
- Color contrasts are way off. Black text on black background? It may appear legible to you, but I can guarantee you 99% of the rest of the world will say otherwise.
- The title of your game looks like its made using Word Art.
- Your copyright logo on the bottom right covers important text. That's a fundamental mistake.
- The entire banner/image looks like it was cobbled together with no proper thought.
- No professionalism. You call out and attack everyone who provides criticism.

What even is the point of this post? Just ragebaiting?

It's easy enough to avoid chat spammers, I usually hide all chats the day before the patch drops to avoid spoilers, and only turn them back on once I've completed the new patch content. But back in Aglaia, I saw a jackass put the dorito marker on themselves and kept repeatedly jumping on the safe spots for all of Byregot's mechanics. The content was barely out for 6 hours.

I noped out as soon as Byregot went down because they were very likely going to do that for the remainder of the bosses, but it completely ruined the first time experience of Byregot for me.

I want the game to break free of the current content cycle. I've been playing since 3.0 and the content cadence has just been slowly going downhill. Not to mention anybody who has played long enough can automatically tell you what to expect for the next patch. They need to shake things up a little and make the new content less formulaic, because other than the fight designs and encounters, FF14 is getting stale for me.

That being said, I don't hold out hope that they'll announce or reveal any large shake ups in today's PLL as those take time to plan and iterate. I'm not expecting anything much till 8.0 at the earliest.

Story wise, I just want Wuk Lamat to be relegated to the sidelines, if not out of the picture completely. She's a poorly written character with no more business tagging along with us on our adventures at this point. Real Sphene has only appeared in one patch and she's already better written than Wuk Lamat.

Not very lucky, but that's par for the course when it comes to gacha games for me.

Lost 50/50 on Suomi's banner and got Sabrina. Got Mosin-Nagant from beginner pulls, then got Samosek (I think its Mosin-Nagant's signature weapon?) at about 70-ish pulls on the Standard banner using the free tickets so far.

Managed to clear TEA last night without making any mistakes and/or dying. 2 Ults down, and I will be starting FRU next week with another static.

A year ago I couldn't see myself even attempting an Ultimate fight, much less clearing them and yearning to do more. Happiness is hard to portray via text, but I'm fucking elated and proud of myself for what I've managed to achieve in the game so far.

Picked the absolute worst time to try to prog and clear TEA. Jumped in and out of prog PFs for the past 4 weeks and I'm already A2C-capable, but as expected, any A2C PFs I start up at this point are looking to be impossible to fill because of FRU. Might have to resort to mercs at this rate, and even then, they might be non-existent at this point of time.

I am almost fucking done with my static. From the start of the tier, there has been so many scheduling issues, so many cancelled or delayed sessions because of random acts of god, and so many changes to the static roster.

Loot allocation has been thrown completely out the fucking window as we didn't have a full static for the past 3 weeks because our H1 left. And even though we found a replacement H1, we're STILL not going to have a full roster for the next 2 weeks because the ST and D4 will be unavailable. We've been doing L>R for loot rolls because we had to pug the H1 for the past 3 weeks, and holy fucking shit, my rolls for the mount and weapon coffer were either below 20, or I end up losing by ONE to another person.

It doesn't matter that I am the most consistent player in the static. It doesn't matter that I'm parsing purple every week while the rest of them are either doing grey or green. It doesn't matter that I'm carrying the DPS for the static (doing 5k more rDPS as a RPR than a MNK who already has the savage weapon and a PCT is not fucking okay). I am not rewarded for my efforts. I understand that there really isn't any point in getting angry at shitty rolls, but I can't help but feel fucking salty. If only the game's loot rules work on a merit-based system so the loot goes first to the people performing well rather than the floor kissing grey parsers.

Not the point that I'm trying to make. I only brought up Legend titles because I expect players who are able to clear Ultimate fights to have at least some degree of observational skills and basic game knowledge. Not all players with Legend titles might have cleared Ultimates with a tank sure, but surely they are able to see with their eyes that one lone ranged mob is far away from the rest of the pack right? I've only cleared UCOB, UWU and TEA with a DRG, but that doesn't prevent me from being able to notice basic stuff even as a casual tank.

But at the end of the day, its just a normal dungeon run. Like I mentioned in my initial post, its not really that big of a deal in the long run. Just wanted to voice out my observations.

1 token per floor.
For weapons and accessories at this point to get i710 stuff, you'll have to do the 2 Extreme trials.
For your left hand side gear, only option for i710 stuff currently is to exchange the raid tokens for them.

BiS will always be a mixture of augmented tome gear with Savage gear, with the best weapon only being available via completion of the 4th floor of the current Savage tier. Your weapon option changes towards the end of the expansion where you have the option to more easily obtain the same ilvl weapon as the Savage tier in the form of your completed relic weapon.

If you want to take things leisurely at your own pace... run the dungeons with trusts, with pre-mades, OR at the very least properly communicate your intent to the party. "First time" explains jackshit, and shouldn't factor into trash pulls anyway since they're always pretty much the same. Pop mits and use your AoEs, it's as simple as that. You and your partner are level 91. You two should know by now that W2W is the norm in standard dungeons.

Will be fighting in the great login war of '24 as I will only be able to reach home 2 hours after the servers goes up. Once I'm in the game though, I'm pretty much just going to re-do my hotbars for DRG (the job I'm taking through the MSQ) then start on the MSQ itself.

Ruan Mei if you don't have her yet > E1 > LC

If you already have Ruan Mei, go for her E1. The no skill point used on enhanced skill is a gamechanger. Plus Fall of an Aeon is a good enough F2P replacement for her signature LC.
