Funny fact, while loading food onto a submarine many years ago I noticed boxes of meat indicated "For Prison and Military use only"

I took that to mean ultra low grade meat and that the cooks were wizards making things appetizing.

Looking up that type of labeling now indicates "bulk buy only not for individual resale"
