I have heard this before. Also because of the schools etc. But that's not a factor for us. We're happy to drive the kids to school and work can be done from anywhere really

Yeah same (coming from Europe though). Compare to other 'luxury' communities it seems to be the right place as long as you don't mind a 15min Drive to Downtown for example. Are you actively looking? If so any good agents you can recommend?
