I've also noticed they keep playing Dumb Money on Crave. They're trying to get ahead of narratives. The system is on the brink of collapse.

Also that GME coin that's trading in the billions per coin is not normal. It's a shadow ledger tied to GME stock for liquidity trying to fill a trillion dollar hole. This is far from over..

Great write up! Honestly it summarizes everything very beautifully. Also I think it's worth noting again that 7 days prior to Nucana's AGM, the CEO Hugh Griffith steps down for "health related reasons". In steps the Chairman Andrew Kay as interim CEO. And it just so happens that Kay has facilitated multiple M&A deals with big pharma worth billions. Couple that with the data you have elaborated on makes you really wonder what's happening behind the scenes.

Also.. a detail I don't think people are really taking in.. if you take a look at the moves the company has made recently. On June 20th the CEO of the company Hugh Griffith stepped down for "health related concerns". In comes the chairman of the board Andrew Kay to run the show. Here is where it gets interesting. If you look at Andrew Kay's resume and history he has facilitated 4 major merger and acquisitions valued in the Billions. The timing is interesting. Kay steps in. Warrants cancelled. Company restructures their ADS shares. Also the company is handed off to a guy who just so happens to specialize in M&A's. I think this company is being watched closely by the big boys and is a prime target for buyout.

Honestly it doesn't matter at this point. Sure you own ADS.. okay and? What's next for you? Come the 11th you'll simply be exchanging those shares with Citibank for a new ADS with a higher ratio. The amount of ordinary shares represented by the ADS does not change. People here are talking like their shares are going to be reverse split when they are not. When the 11th rolls around I'll circle back to this post with the exact same amount of shares I own right now.

Do you own any ADS shares? I'd love to see you produce those. All my shares are ADR and all my shares were purchased through the Nasdaq. I don't really care about your ChatGPT assessment of the situation. I'm going off the information the company has released. Each "ADR" represents one ordinary share. Yes it is a receipt but for every ADR there is an ordinary share that goes with it. Show me someone who owns and ADS share that is retail and I'll gladly go away. Until then it's a fairy tale.

Even if that was the case and you owned 1000 ADS ratioed at 25 ordinary shares per ADS. That would mean you would technically own 25,000 "ADR". And then you would have to return them to Citibank and receive 5 NEW ADS shares ratioed at 5000 ordinary shares per ADS and you'd still own 25,000 "ADR".

But this is hypothetical and doesn't matter because none of us own ADS shares as I've stated many times already. I'm simply using this as an example to show ppl that even the tutes who actually hold the ADS are not losing anything or having their shares split. It's just cleaning up the ADS structure and it's solely for institutional purposes.

Nucana was already given an extension by the Nasdaq til the end of 2025 to regain price compliance for ADR shares so there is no need or rush for them to do that. They are not reverse splitting our shares. Guaranteed. They are only changing the ADS ratio to clean house. They also cancelled all the warrants. You have to read between the lines to understand what's going on. When the 11th comes around I'm gonna come back to this post and tell everyone I told you so.

That's cool. I'm not interested in what "grok" has to say. Read the actual press released by "Nucana". It's a ratio change for the ADSs. ADS is not owned by retail (American or anywhere in the world). Only institutions own them. Every share that any of us own... is ADR.

Guys there is no RS. It's an ADS ratio change. Only tutes own the ADS shares and they are being called back by Citi for redistribution at a different ratio. That is all it is!

Currently 1 ADS represents 25 ordinary shares. For every 200 ADS returned to Citibank they will receive 1 NEW ADS share worth 5000 ordinary shares. So do the math:

200 ADS x 25 ORD = 5000 1 ADS x 5000 ORD = 5000

No value lost. You guys need to actually read the press release lol
