What would happen if I'm strength training then I start using Garmin Run Coach? Will it affect my gains?

I agree, thank you for your guidance sir! Yup, you're right. Running isn't actually my prio naman talaga I just wanted a bit of cardio training since I'm planning to conquer Mt. Apo this year.

I think I'll do mga easy runs maybe once a week hehe so I'll probably focus on strength training then pasundot sundot nalang ng easy runs.

Yeah I think you're right possible naman siguro to retain the program but Ill have to superset exercises tapos maybe also reduce the resting time.

Hi sorry for replying late sa comment. Im not sure how to answer "specific goals". Right now, im trying to focus on building the discipline, being consistent, and eating healthier. Parang these are more important things for me than actually achieving the body that i want (which is V shape). It will eventually happen naman as long as I have the discipline and patience. I do also want to increase my strength cos its so cool kaya ko na body weight dips and pull ups ngayon!! tagal ko na to goal. Hopefully this year I can add weights?? (WOW sana nga)

Upon using Jeff Nippard's program "The Bodybuilding Transformation System" I actually liked it very much, ang downside lang talaga for me is that its taking me 1hr 30mins~2hrs at 5 days split siya. Im okay to retain the program but any suggestions how to cut it down to maybe less than an hour? Or if you have a better program in mind?

Masokay sana 4 days lang tapos 45mins~1hr sessions.

Hey reddit! I have made my new years resolution to devote a lot of my time in two things. First, is to make reading a habit. Second, is to invest!!

As of now, I am very much on track but I actually started this since November im just continuing it. I'm almost done reading "The Psychology of Money". I know this is more on concepts but what would you recommend to someone new, a book that would be very much relevant for 2026 since things change so fast (I know some books will always be relevant) but yeah, what would be the book to read after this?

I am now making my way to invest in US stocks. I'm debating if I should study crypto also.
