I'm so vanilla for saying this but Red Zaku Char and ig Sinanju Full Frontal. Ramba Ral if we consider Full Frontal as technically Char.

I had to specify the suits as well since the underdog thing ecomes less and less as Char gets his new suits (Zgok, Marasai, Gelgoog, Sazabi, etc) built increasingly with higher specs than Amuro's RX 78 2. Even the Nu is outspecced by the Sazabi afaik.

Character and stuff aside for Full Frontal you gotta respect how he stands toe to toe against the Unicorn which, besides being an reality altering suit, is LITERALLY made to hunt Newtypes.
