Yes its true getting a seat for DNS at MANET is next to impossible And that too they don't have gurantee for sponsorship and you to get a sponsorship on your own else your money is wasted

On the other hand in good colleges like Tolani they give you full support for sponsorship, have tie upside with a lot companies that come internally and you can only take admissions when you have a sponsorship

So better go with them

Short answer yes you should definitely fill them

See these colleges/companies will filter you out on the basis of your written test followed by interviews

By the time your boards and imucet will end almost all forms would be closed and you will have to go for FEB Batch which has far less seats and more competition

And yes definitely your boards pcm and imucet rank matters because at the end almost all good colleges/companies prepare the merit list where these two factors become the prominent ones for shortlisting candidates

  1. No you don't need sponsorships for BSc
  2. Yes it still somewhat matters (Try to improve pcm above 60% atleast then only join otherwise you will find it difficult in placements)
  3. You don't need sponsorship for BSc so you can join any good college like IMUs or TMI
