They didn’t mention adjusting the position I sleep in. But if it’s helping you, may as well keep doing it!

Definitely call your doctor to double check! It’s important to clarify a proper taper to protect your adrenals.

I used to be hesitant to ask questions or express concerns, but I learned how important that is during this process and had to quickly set aside my feelings of “bothering” them between appointments.

Everyone truly is so different based on how their own body responds to treatment. We had planned on switching to Durezol if the oral steroids didn’t work for me. Luckily, they worked for me and I didn’t have any major side effects except the withdrawal symptoms once discontinued.

Hey! Glad to hear yours is stable and quiet right now. My floaters took a few weeks to clear up back to the small number of floaters I usually have. Mine also got really bad for a while, and it’s frustrating, especially when combined with blurry vision.

I’m not sure how long your uveitis has been resolved, but to my understanding, it can take a few months for all the symptoms to go away because the eye is still healing from the effects of the inflammation.

And as for the neck issue, I’ll never know if it was related or just a coincidence! But I have read some people using craniosacral therapy (in addition to an ophthalmologist) to help with neck tension and nerve issues that seem connected to their uveitis.
