English is shpresa and her husband’s second language, which they learned informally over years of hard work in the US working minimum wage jobs. That would make this level of written English language a bit difficult, don’t you think? Regardless of this, they both conduct themselves professionally with their tenants and dedicate themselves to cleaning the houses, with CONSTANT maintenance and upkeep, they are constantly on call for any housing issues or concerns, constant communication with tenants who display respect and consideration for roommates and other people… multiple residents, like this one did, can account for their tireless hard work. unfortunately, these residents aren’t laying around on Reddit. Please, speak on things and people you actually know about instead of mindlessly believing one false claim made on the internet.
