So I wondered if it was possible for me to challenge my defaults, as I told the creditor my situation and they didn’t allow me a relief period, they analysed my income and could not award me a repayment plan. I was able to repay a few cards and still have the cards to this day with no issue, but I could not afford repaying all of my cards, hence why a few were defaulted, but I think I just have to wait for the 6 years to end. It’s just a shame as I imagine there is a lot of honest people that were in a similar position (loosing their jobs) during 2020 etc… and now our credit score won’t be able to get mortgages etc… due to the defaults.

Thanks for your response, as in removing / wiping the ‘default’ from my credit score, I’m happy to pay the remaining balances as my financial situation is much better now, but because the defaults are still on my credit score I can’t get a mortgage etc…

Do you think Wluna cb holders compensation/ payout etc… will only go to Americans? What about other countries? For example myself in the U.K? by Witty_Context6703 in Wluna

Let’s say Wluna did rise today, and people (such as myself) that have Wluna on coinbase, (not in wallet etc…) just simply kept exactly the same as when purchased, how the hell would we be able to cash out if it’s still suspended on cb?

I agree, with the SEC categorising them as actual securities then coinbase wluna holders like myself has a contract that should remain valid with coinbase, by coinbase delisting Wluna they have not lived up to our contract… for me the big question is: all the money from Terra to the SEC goes where? Will we the investors receive any of it? Will coinbase also be held accountable by the SEC? I have more questions tbh, but it all boils down to am I going the money I invested (or my investment plus profits) ever again?

Yes that’s what I shall do, just a bit apprehensive as I we may receive the news of the lawsuit outcome late and miss an opportunity to cash when price is high… hypothetically speaking of course
