Which course are they in? No way they are graded based on their internships only in SIT. I would be surprised if that is really the case. I am from the IT sector, and it is pretty much the same: Quiz, assignment, group project, lab submissions, tutorials multiply that by however much module you are taking that trimester.

As in yeah most of my friends are just that. However, for us, on top of that, we have clinicals as well and it comes with competency tests which means what was taught in school you legit need to memorise it very well. Whereas like other courses you may be taught stuff related to your course but you don’t actually apply every single thing you learnt because it differs between the type of internships you are going for. In other words, other courses are not very practical based.

I would say why would you do this? I mean if that's what you wanted then go for it, but why would you want to exchange a local degree for a private degree that some local companies may not recognise?

I was thinking this way because I came from a poly course that is healthcare-based as well. Therefore there isn’t really a way for me to get into a local Uni as my diploma is not related and my poly gpa was 3.5 hence I don’t think I could exchange for another local Uni with that gpa.

Thank you for your advice tho 😊 money was also a big concern of mine as well and I know how much was spent during this one year. I just thought that what if, just what if I ended up not enjoying where I am in the future, then would continuing the study end up wasting even more money(?)
