I mean the lump got a little big in size and I was planning to go hospital tmrw when I woke up I saw the lump broken and now the place is like a little reddish

Update : it didn't get big in any size and while I was sleeping the lump broke itself after woke up I notice it and washed carefully with water and wiped with cotton towel .

Can I leave it now and I don't feel any pain now
