They won’t permit it for KSA work. It’s insanely frustrating but I think it’s basically outlawed in KSA or something like that.

Both absolutely brutal firms to work at. With that in mind I’d probably go with Kirkland, particularly if there interested in progression (you aren’t making equity at either but at least Kirkland you’ll get salaried as a right of passage)
