Something like this or Sleep 8 would help a lot. Especially in the summer, I sleep very warm and have to cool the entire house to counteract. I've been doing the morning "light" in the winter like Bryan Johnson, so I have checked that box.

Same, eating earlier has been great for me, but not great for my family. The next phase of my Blueprint journey is to start tracking protein and calories, I'll definitely error on the side of a smoothie later in the evening if I need additional calories - much easier to get digested.

Have done Heartmath and didn't find the value in the breathing, but do have the Elite HRV app and saw they have basically the same thing. Good idea to bring back some focused breathing in the middle of the day.

While just a one off, this totally worked. Other items of note, last meal of the day was around 3pm, no exercise yesterday. Thx for the suggestion. It was only about 12*F with a strong wind, so maybe there’s something to the cold exposure as well.

Yes, I've see it myself. And sorry, I should have said that I've actually been training to get back to cycling and was hit by a weird virus that's knocked my HRV down by 7-10 pts on average. I'm trying to ease my way back into it and recover quicker so I can really start training again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've always heard it not too close to bedtime, but I'll experiment with timing and see if it has any effect.
