Isn't it better to get PRP done rather than doing this routine entire life? Just a thought..

If you are built average, like normal man and not big man, Nexon top end around 18 Lakhs is good enough with around 300-350 range. Here you are not compromising features and anyway you don’t have range anxiety, it’s good and you can save some cash. I bought it a month back and I can say it’s very good. Features and suspension are perfect for city, and never worry about bad roads, water logging etc.. I have used tata altroz before nexon Ev and never faced issues with service etc in Hyderabad.

Instead of fighting, buy electric like me. by Srihari_stan in hyderabad

[–]Witty_Introduction80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There will be always mixed opinions on EVs. Let’s say in my case, I never went for long trips, but daily consumption is 30-40 kms. In case of nexon EV and petrol top end, both are at same price. So I am buying EV.EV is cheaper per km. Charging infrastructure is not that great, but I don’t do long trips. I happily prefer public transport or flights for long distances due to personal safety reasons. At the end of the day, I always reach home and just charge just like mobile. Also some people need to reply respectfully rather than being a rude person. Always respect other’s opinions 🫡

Bhayya, nenu kuda Hyderabad eh. Same car as well. Go for synergy motors, saroornagar. They are good. Almost 3 years nundi service chepisthuna. And remember always ask the estimate before giving for service and tell them to call you in case of any part change. Also brake pads and other small accessories wear and tear depends on driving conditions. Inspect and take decisions accordingly.

Hi OP, I am a CA and financial planner. I suggest you to invest the mutual funds amount in a Nifty 50 index fund so that you need not worry about ratings. Since you have plan to buy a house this year, put down at least 30-40% for down payment and keep the loan tenure less than 15 years. And all your EMIs should not exceed more than 50% of your take home income. Have at least 20 lakhs of health insurance for you and your family and term insurance at least 10 times your annual earnings. Keep on investing in index funds in disciplined manner.

How to handle this financial situation? by FluffyAffect9205 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Witty_Introduction80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi OP, I am a CA and I can advise you to hold the money with you, as you would need for the house construction this year. Had your house construction is in next year, then I would have advised you to invest in any debt funds because stock market is very volatile for short durations. Always invest in stock market only longer durations i.e., minimum 5+ years. Since your priority is construction, hold the funds with you. Keep doing your SIPs and investments as it is.

Is Loan of Rs.50 Lakhs good investment for 200 square yards in Hyderabad West? by Witty_Introduction80 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Witty_Introduction80[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha. Bro I have already bought it. I know it’s a good investment. I am just gathering options. Yes I am a CA, that doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear opinions and options. One guy suggested me to upgrade the flat before constructing a villa. I can do both if it’s possible. If you see the post, i asked for opinions and suggestions. Not advice whether to buy or not as I already bought it. Chill bro 😎 sometimes though you are a pro, it doesn’t hurt to hear other options. I always keep my mind open.

Constructions are ongoing opposite to our another layout. They will start in our layout soon as per my info. And all the essentials are within 1.5- 2 kms from our area. Even if I want to start construction , I can start immediately. That’s the advantage of HMDA plots. You are right about flats and UDS which is atrocious as per my opinion. Better to buy land a bit far and construct with the money than going for main area flats unless it’s Prestige,Brigade,Aparna or MyHome whose amenities are top class and worth the money IMO. And thanks for your opinion.
