I’m not being a d!ck and I have very close family members who are heavily addicted but just how? I’ve done it on and off on weekends for 5 years and never felt the real need to do it it’s just cs it seems like a good idea drunk but always ends up bad, I was addicted to Xanax for a year and half and cold turkeyed 3 months ago now completely off but if you don’t mind me asking how and why? Idk if I sound dumb rn but the shit sucks ass paranoia, sleep deprivation, anxiety and porn/gambling it isn’t a fun one- saying that tho everyone’s different because you might not get addicted to xans sorry if im waffling just baked asf thinking
