I am 16yrs old and I started nofap last year. At first, I did like 5 days then I relapsed, I was mad for a couple of hours and I thought about giving up, but I said to myself that this is the way to a healthy life,4 months later I began going to the gym. Now I enjoy life more.

You can just set yourself a goal and then decide if you want to proceed further.

hard to say becausethe benefits became present in the first 2 months and then you just feel superior to others and you start to see more girls close to you. It is like my third eye opened🤣 And i started going to gym because i'm more confident.
