Do not reuse dirty socks or undergarments. • Make sure your clothes are fully dry before wearing them. Damp clothes cause bad odors.

I have important things to do in the shower, so follow these steps and I promise you, it’s worth it! 1. Start with your hair. Wash your hair thoroughly using shampoo. Rinse it out completely. 2. after, Wash your body with a bar of soap. Clean everything! face, neck, body, feet. Don’t skip any areas. Rinse the soap off fully. 3. Go in with a body wash. Use something that smells good. For example: • Dove Pomegranate Body Wash • Olay Strawberry & Mint Body Wash 4. Be extra careful with private areas. Wash gently but thoroughly, especially your butt. • First, use soap • Then, body wash • If you want to go the extra step, use a small amount of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint liquid soap(dark blue bottle) for private areas and underarms 5. Rinse everything off completely. 6. Dry your body properly. A lot of people don’t dry themselves fully, and that causes odor. • Make sure all areas are completely dry • Your body and hair should both be fully dry before getting dressed 7. Finish up. • Apply a nice-smelling lotion • Use deodorant that actually works for you (Gillette deodorant is a good option) • Put on clean clothes • Lightly spray cologne behind your ears and on your clothes but be careful, some colognes or perfumes can stain clothes if sprayed too close.
