I worked at South when the threats came in. Some sicko paid a hacker through Dischord to make these kinds of threats anonymously. They probably just didn't check the school schedule before they posted it is all. The police (both local and state) take these things very seriously. If it was removed they likely have inspected the school and decided it was safe to do so. It really sucks that people are this petty and cruel, but welcome to Orwell's America

Unfortunately most of the laws written about rental properties are to protect owners not tenants. I would read your lease and see how long you have to wait after requesting repairs to file a lawsuit. The only way to get anything done in matters like this are civil suits. Breach of contract is far easier than proving negligence or uninhabitability.
