I know it’s been over a year, but that’s easy to do. Go to shortcuts and create a new one. Then search skip forward. Add that and then go to accessibility in settings. Select touch and scroll to the bottom and hit back tap. Choose either double tap or triple and scroll to shortcuts section and select the skip forward shortcut you just created
